Shipping Your Order- Accurate Shipping costs

When you place an order, you will notice the shipping costs in red letters.  This is a real time shipping cost from USPS and Fed Ex website.  We have no control over these costs, they are directly from those sites.  We will ship via these methods whenever possible because of the ability to track your order.  In some cases, we are able to packing your order in flat rate containers .  If this occurs, a credit will be issued to your account for the savings in the shipping coast.  We will always send your order the most reasonable method that can guarantee prompt, traceable delivery.  We never bill more that the actual cost to ship the item to you.

**** Some website specials and special order items may take 2 weeks to fulfill the order, depending on the supplier and their stock levels.  When we run a special, sometimes the order load is too large to fulfill rapidly.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
